Consmos Group 2026 Rising Star Training Camp (Phase IV) kicked off smoothly. Open to all participants of the Rising Star Training Camp, this session featured lectures delivered by senior in-house trainers of the Group, alongside sharing sessions by high-performing camp members. The practical-oriented courses empower new employees to accelerate their growth.

Three Rigorous, Practical Courses

The three premium courses cover risk prevention & control, professional ethics and mindset building. The Group’s Risk Control Director presented Basic Knowledge of Exchange Rates and Customer Risk Management. He analyzed the impacts of exchange rate fluctuations on order profits, and introduced the 5C Credit Evaluation Framework together with AI Agent intelligent research tools, equipping new recruits with solid capabilities to assess customers.

The Group Training Manager delivered Practical Business Etiquette Training. Starting with the primacy effect, the session elaborated on cultural taboos and reception norms for clients from different regions across five modules: verbal communication, behavior, reception, dressing and personal charisma, helping trainees turn etiquette knowledge into natural habits.

An outstanding young sales representative from Linyi Consmos Import & Export Co., Ltd. gave an inspiring sharing titled How to Persist Through Unproductive Days as a Newcomer. Drawing from his personal career journey, he shared four keys to growth: accept gaps in expectations, break down problems, seek support for learning, and keep taking action.“You may go slow, but never stop; you may feel afraid, but never back down.”His plain yet powerful words resonated strongly with all attendees.

Peer Speakers Share Stories of Closing Deals Three participants from the training camp were invited to share their real-life experience of securing orders. Drawing on their business cases, they reviewed the full workflow from lead generation, customer follow-up and retention to final deal closure, and exchanged practical tips and insights accumulated in daily work.These vivid peer stories and replicable experiences showed new recruits a clear direction for their efforts and strengthened their confidence in striving for sales targets.
