The first phase focused on laying a solid foundation and building momentum, while the second phase emphasizes practical application and skill enhancement. On the afternoon of July 21, the second phase of the Consmos Group "Qimingxing" Training Camp kicked off as scheduled. Centered on applying knowledge to practice and validating results, the training reviews the on-the-job performance of participants from the first phase, distills practical strategies for client acquisition and deal closing, and transforms individual sales insights into shared team capabilities. The initiative aims to cultivate a high-caliber, next-generation foreign trade workforce and build a talent pipeline of versatile young professionals for the Group.

This training program focuses on practical empowerment and distilling strategies for client acquisition. Drawing entirely from real-world foreign trade scenarios, the curriculum combines insights shared by management with post-mortem analyses of successful deals closed by high-performing newcomers, ensuring exceptional practicality and applicability. The General Manager of Linyi Consmos Metal Technology Co., Ltd.—a subsidiary of Consmos Group—delivered a session on "Trust-Based, Win-Win Foreign Trade Negotiations." Leveraging years of hands-on experience and real business cases, she deconstructed the core logic behind acquiring clients and closing deals. She highlighted methods for building a personal reputation based on trust through the "Consmos" brand and offered solutions to common challenges such as difficult client acquisition, a passive stance in price negotiations, and the difficulty of establishing cross-border trust. Additionally, using a real-life case study—a deal finalized over dumplings during the Lunar New Year—she shared practical client retention techniques, including prompt email responses, end-to-end production updates, and rigorous quality assurance. Her approach, rooted in sincerity, professionalism, and a long-term business perspective, aims to elevate the negotiation and relationship-building skills of new team members.

At the meeting, standout newcomers from the first cohort shared their journeys of securing their first orders, providing a comprehensive review of the entire process—from client prospecting and sample follow-up to final deal closure. They also shared replicable, practical strategies for long-term client relationship management, online channel development, and daily workflow planning. The session was marked by lively interaction and discussion; participants actively engaged by addressing specific challenges they faced in their roles, effectively integrating classroom insights with real-world pain points to ensure they gained valuable knowledge and could apply it directly to their work.

Moving forward, Consmos Group will continuously optimize and refine the "Qimingxing" training camp curriculum and expand the scope of training. Through regular, tiered development programs, the Group aims to invigorate the team, harness the potential of young talent, and solidify its talent foundation.
