On July 18th, the Consmos Group's 2026 Mid-Year Summary and Cultural Empowerment Conference was warmly launched, with all Consmos family members gathering together. The meeting officially began with the chairman delivering a speech, thanking all employees for their dedication and hard work in the first half of the year. He objectively summarized the group's current development status in light of the industry situation and put forward clear work requirements for market expansion, team collaboration, and operational management in the second half of the year.

The heads of each business segment presented their semi-annual work reports, covering a global sales network spanning over 180 countries. They shared their practical experience in market expansion and customer maintenance during the first half of the year, identified challenges in frontline work, and elaborated on their implementation plans for market development, product promotion, and customer acquisition in the second half of the year. They also streamlined the workflow between the front and back offices and strengthened cross-departmental collaboration.

Before the afternoon activities officially began, two warm-up games eased the atmosphere and brought colleagues from different departments closer together. All colleagues followed the rhythm to do a clapping exercise, and the light movements brought laughter to the whole room.
