CONSMOS Group's 2025 New Employee Symposium was successfully held.

Kong Chunwang, a foreign trade sales representative at CONSMOS Import & Export, focused on the group's mid-year meeting theme of "Sufficient Professionalism, Sufficient Passion." She shared her insights based on her learning and practical experience since joining the company.
She stated that through daily business interactions and internal training, she has deeply realized that "professionalism" is the foundation for success in her position, while "passion" is the driving force for growth. She will take outstanding colleagues as role models and continuously improve her business skills.

During the corporate culture presentation, Chairman Zhang Shaolong provided an in-depth interpretation of CONSMOS's development history, core values, and brand philosophy, giving new employees a comprehensive overview of the company's spirit and development trajectory.

The chairman recalled that since its establishment in 2010, CONSMOS has always adhered to "integrity and compliance" as its bottom line and "pursuit of quality" as its development principle. It has successively obtained more than 10 international authoritative certifications, such as US CARB, European CE, and FSC forest certification, and has won 19 national patents. Its core brand "CONSMOS" has established a high-quality image in the international wood-based panel industry, and its products are sold in more than 170 countries and regions around the world.

During the rapid-fire Q&A session, new employees asked questions about "how to maintain high learning ability, good health, and a vibrant spirit." The chairman, drawing on his experience, provided concise answers: Maintaining high learning ability requires self-discipline and integrating learning with job requirements; maintaining good health requires consistent exercise and a balance between work and rest to support work with a strong physique; and maintaining a focused mindset hinges on optimism, viewing difficulties as opportunities for growth, and achieving fulfilling growth driven by goals.
