As a recently renovated office space, the Third-Floor Grand Meeting Room, with its neat and bright layout and modern facilities, created a warm atmosphere for this new employee symposium. With the theme of "Set Off Together, Arrive Together", the Group Chairman and newly recruited employees gathered to conduct in-depth exchanges on corporate development, cultural philosophy and personal growth, building a solid bridge for new employees to quickly integrate into the Consmos family.

First Encounter with Consmos: New Employees Share Growth Insights and Convey Enterprising Spirit
At the beginning of the symposium, new employees took turns to introduce themselves. Combining their work experience since joining the company, they shared their understanding of their positions, feelings about the enterprise and future career plans, demonstrating vital vitality and a positive spirit.



Zhang Yukun, International Procurement Manager, said that since joining the company three months ago, he has always felt the care and support from leaders and colleagues. From familiarizing himself with procurement processes to connecting with supplier resources, every step of his growth is inseparable from the team's help. This open and collaborative work atmosphere has allowed him to quickly adapt to the pace of his position and strengthened his determination to deepen his expertise and contribute value at Consmos.

Kong Chunwang, Import and Export Foreign Trade Specialist, focused on the theme of the Group's semi-annual meeting – "Be Professional Enough, Be Passionate Enough" – and shared her insights based on her learning and practice after joining the company. She stated that through daily business communication and internal training, she deeply realized that "professionalism" is the foundation for standing firm in one's position, and "passion" is the driving force for growth. She will take excellent colleagues around her as role models and continuously improve her professional capabilities.

Liu Yiping, Foreign Trade Specialist of Yonghong International, shared his in-depth understanding of the company's brand and name. Through previous learning and exchanges at this symposium, he deeply comprehended the "pioneering and enterprising" spirit contained in "Consmos" and the profound connotation of the core brand "CONSMOS". He said that he will be guided by the corporate mission of "Let the World Fall in Love with Building Materials Made in China", and while realizing his personal ideals and aspirations, he will contribute to the development of the company's overseas business.

In the corporate culture promotion session, Chairman Zhang Shaolong conducted an in-depth interpretation around Consmos' development history, core values and brand philosophy, presenting the spiritual core and development context of the enterprise to new employees in a comprehensive manner.
The Chairman recalled that since its establishment in 2010, Consmos has always regarded integrity and standardization as the bottom line of operation and quality pursuit as the development principle. It has successively obtained more than 10 international authoritative certifications such as the US CARB, EU CE and FSC Forest Certification, and has accumulated 19 national patents. The core brand "CONSMOS" has established a high-quality image in the international wood-based panel industry, with products sold well in more than 120 countries and regions around the world.
