When the sparks of team collaboration collide, and the tide of intelligent innovation surges, Consmos Group's "Rapid Collaboration · Win-Win with Wisdom" monthly outreach activity was held in the group's main conference room on the morning of August 23rd. It left a profound impression on Consmos members regarding collaboration, growth, and cohesion.

Speed 60 Seconds: Racing Against Time to Temper the Instinct of Collaboration

In this project challenge, team members needed to find the number cards from 1 to 30 in order within 60 seconds. Before the challenge began, each team focused on familiarizing themselves with the pattern characteristics of each card and their corresponding numbers, establishing a clear "pattern-number" cognitive association in a short period. Once the timer started, everyone quickly entered a state of efficient collaboration: some kept a close eye on the area where the cards were scattered, rapidly scanning and locating targets based on their prior memories; others took charge of passing and organizing the cards to ensure that the found cards were efficiently collected in sequence; still others stood aside to observe the overall situation, promptly reminding the team of missing numbers and adjusting the search rhythm.

After several rounds of challenges, collaboration became increasingly smooth—shifting from "searching one by one" to "dividing areas and taking charge of sections," and from "disordered passing" to "handing over in order." The pace of completing the task accelerated continuously. Every accurate connection of cards was a vivid reflection of cross-departmental collaboration efficiency; every wholehearted effort in each round of challenges continuously tempered the team members' instinct for collaboration. This is exactly the true portrayal of Consmos members uniting as one and striving toward a common goal when facing challenges.

Management Tangram: Puzzle Game to Insight Strategic Thinking

If "Speed 60 Seconds" was a test of collaboration speed, "Management Tangram" was a deep game of strategic wisdom. The seemingly simple puzzle task actually simulates scenarios of corporate resource allocation and communication. Teams sat around to practice: some took the initiative to act as "strategic planners," sorting out their own resource endowments based on the requirements of the task sheet and planning puzzle steps and resource use priorities; others served as "cross-team communication bridges," proactively connecting with other teams and conducting resource exchanges based on each other's task needs.

After the task, a review session was held where each team shared their experiences and insights during the process. Gradually, they clearly realized that the task of each group is an important part of the overall goal. Only by breaking out of the limitation of "only focusing on one's own tasks" and proactively understanding the needs and resources of other teams can the maximum overall benefit be achieved. This insight also made everyone deeply aware that in daily work, they should not only clarify their own "circle of influence" and efficiently complete their own tasks but also expand their "circle of concern," pay attention to inter-departmental linkage and the company's overall goals, and think about problems and act collaboratively from a holistic perspective.

From the preparation and implementation of the activity to the launch and review of the challenges, Consmos members have always participated with enthusiasm. During the preparation phase, colleagues carefully confirmed the process and checked materials; during the challenges, in "Speed 60 Seconds," everyone quickly located and passed cards while adjusting strategies, and in "Management Tangram," they sat around to discuss, shared information, and overcame difficulties; after the tasks were completed, the whole venue erupted in cheers, and everyone shared interesting stories.

As the excitement of the activity gradually fades, what remains in the hearts of Consmos members is the power of collaboration, the insight of growth, and a deeper sense of belonging to the team.
