As the hot July wind carried enthusiasm, the 2025 Semi-Annual Conference of CONSMOS Group, themed "Where Faith and Heart Lead, Creating the Future Together - Enough Passion, Enough Professionalism", was successfully held on July 19th. This gathering was not only a review of the achievements made by CONSMOS people in the past six months but also a departure ceremony for a new journey fueled by passion and driven by professionalism. Many wonderful highlights presented the ambitious chapter belonging to CONSMOS people.
Cultural Empowerment, Anchoring the Course Forward
The cultural sharing by Chairman Zhang Shaolong was the ideological anchor of this annual conference. Centering on the theme "Where Faith and Heart Lead, Creating the Future Together", he not only looked back on the past when the group, driven by pure passion and relying on professional capabilities, broke through difficulties in its early days but also profoundly elaborated on the cultural foundation and ideological principles that support CONSMOS Group to move forward steadily.
The chairman emphasized that the cultural essence of CONSMOS is "passion, professionalism, and being a person of strength". This strength comes from two cores: first, focusing on serving customers, so that all efforts can ultimately be transformed into customer value; second, taking strivers as the foundation, advocating arduous struggle, conscious struggle, united struggle, and long-term struggle. Meanwhile, the chairman also elaborated on CONSMOS's "spirit of great love". This great love is reflected in the combination of the rigidity of systems and the flexibility of humanistic care. Systems are rigid standards that must be abided by to ensure the orderly operation of the enterprise, while care is a warm and flexible support, embodied in the understanding, encouragement, and help for employees. It is also reflected in adhering to the basic conscience of people and giving back to society.
The chairman also mentioned that the group has a clear medium and long-term development plan, setting phased growth goals from the present to the next decade and even longer, until the grand blueprint of CONSMOS is realized. The achievement of these goals is inseparable from the passion and professionalism of every CONSMOS person, as well as unified ideological principles and striver standards. The group will continue to open the equity incentive mechanism, opening an equity incentive window for eligible employees every year, allowing aspiring CONSMOS people to become owners of the enterprise, strive together for the enterprise's growth goals, and share the dividends of enterprise development. The "fission mechanism" encourages excellent employees to form teams, grow into team leaders, and enjoy the extra profit dividends of the team, enabling excellence to be replicated, injecting a steady stream of power into the group's development, and continuously providing space for talent growth.
In the semi-annual goal achievement incentive session, the audience burst into warm applause for those strivers who shined in their positions. Outstanding business elites, procurement backbones with remarkable performance, and management personnel who performed brilliantly in their work stepped onto the stage with confident smiles to receive the Study Tour Award.
The seniority awards were particularly touching. Employees with 3, 5, 7, 10, and 15 years of service, as shown in the group's review video, sequentially held their trophies and gifts. Xiaomi floor cleaners, Huawei smartwatches, Zuoyebang learning machines... These thoughtful prizes embody the group's cherishment of "long-termists". When Wang Junchuan, General Manager of CONSMOS Wood with 15 years of service, held up the trophy after a warm hug with the chairman, the audience spontaneously erupted into prolonged applause. His voice choked but firm: "Starting as a quality inspector, then a purchaser, then a purchasing director, and finally becoming the General Manager of CONSMOS Wood in 2018, I have gone through many important moments with CONSMOS. Fifteen years is a long time, but also a short time. I believe I will struggle for more than another fifteen years in CONSMOS and will definitely help CONSMOS achieve its ambitious goals!" Colleagues off the stage were also moved, and at this moment, it profoundly confirmed that "accompaniment is the longest confession".
The successful achievement of the group's semi-annual goals is the result of the joint efforts of all CONSMOS people, and this joy should be shared by every participant. To make this feedback more in line with everyone's wishes, we practiced the corporate values of "being brave in innovation and embracing changes". First, all employees voted to select practical items such as microwave ovens, mite removers, tea dispensers, blenders, cervical massagers, and thermos flasks. Then, on July 12th, a welfare flash sale was launched in the form of a new media live stream - this unique "cloud carnival" intertwined the expectations and laughter from both sides of the screen into a lively atmosphere. When receiving the prizes from the "speed battle" at the annual conference site, everyone's eyes sparkled...
The "Drum Beating and Ball Juggling" and "Post Station Message Passing" in the quality development activities were a double test of physical strength, mental agility, collaboration, and trust, and further rooted the spirit of "united struggle". During "Drum Beating and Ball Juggling", 6 teams circled around holding ropes. From frequent ball drops due to inconsistent rhythms at first to tacit cooperation enabling continuous ball bouncing later - sore arms could not stop their concentration. In the echoes of "slower" and "move closer to the center", everyone realized the power of "resonance at the same frequency": only by putting aside personal interests and making joint efforts can the team's energy be maximized. In the "Post Station Message Passing" session, 6 groups of team members needed to pass numbers according to the rules. From chaotic information deviations to exploring communication codes such as shoulder tapping and gestures, every accurate transmission was accompanied by laughter. What was passed was not only numbers but also collaborative wisdom and trust under the rules.
In two hours, sweat soaked the clothes, but hearts drew closer. CONSMOS partners from different departments got to know each other better and promoted communication through interesting game activities. Everyone deeply realized that there is no shortcut to the road of co-creation. Only by standing side by side as a team, honing resilience with persistence, and gathering wisdom through collaboration can the belief of "overcoming difficulties together" become stronger, which is exactly the confidence for CONSMOS people to move forward.
The annual conference came to an end in a warm dinner filled with a cozy atmosphere. As the lights flowed, familiar melodies lingered in the hall, and the soft clinking of wine glasses and cheerful conversations interwove into a warm movement. When the red envelope grabbing session started, the whole venue instantly boiled. Fingers tapped quickly on the screens, and the surprised cheers of those who grabbed red envelopes and the teasing jokes of those who didn't complemented each other. The faint light from mobile phone screens and the lights at the tables reflected each other, making the atmosphere even more enthusiastic.
When the annual conference ended, the warmth still lingered. CONSMOS people will carry this enthusiasm and strength, clearly aware of the current mission and seeing the long-term blueprint. Under the banner of "Where Faith and Heart Lead, Creating the Future Together", they will continue to take passion as the source of motivation and professionalism as the solid foundation, strive hand in hand under the guidance of culture and strategy, and write a new brilliance belonging to CONSMOS Group and every striver!
